Milan-headquartered law firm Paradigma has acted for cybersecurity solutions company Alfa System on the formation of a new company, allowing its expansion into the United Kingdom. The new company, wholly-owned by Alfa System, will be named Alfa Group Global. Expansion into the UK follows other investments made by Alfa System in the Benelux countries, in
